Prior Labs is seeking Research Scientists to define research directions, design novel architectures, and publish impactful work that translates into shipped models. You will own technical direction while collaborating across teams to scale tabular foundation models.

This role offers significant ownership and growth as we expand our core TabPFN efforts. Based in Freiburg with strong ties to other offices, occasional remote work is possible and travel to client or partner sites may be required.

Qualifikationen

• PhD in CS/Math/EE or equivalent research impact.
• Top-tier ML publications or equivalent open-source/benchmarks.
• Strong experience building and analyzing ML models, incl. transformer architectures.
• Excellent Python engineering skills with high-quality research code.
