YO AI Labs seeks experienced Technical Writers / Editors to contribute to a customer project focused on evaluating and improving AI systems. You’ll review AI-generated content, score outputs, and provide actionable feedback to enhance clarity and usefulness.

This contractor role is remote across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. No prior AI experience required, but strong editorial judgment and exceptional English are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Native-level English fluency with excellent written communication.
• Experience in technical writing, editing, or content evaluation.
• Strong understanding of clarity, tone, structure, coherence, and instructional content.
• Familiarity with digital content review platforms and remote collaboration.

• Evaluate and compare AI-generated responses against writing prompts.
• Assess clarity, tone, accuracy, coherence, helpfulness, and adherence to instructions.
• Provide clear scores, rationales, and actionable feedback.
• Identify opportunities to improve the quality and instructional value of AI content.
• Apply editorial judgment to distinguish subtleties in writing quality.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when reviewing findings.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project managers and reviewers.
• Apply advanced written English and critical analysis skills throughout evaluation.
