Tapflow is seeking a Systems Engineer who combines an engineering mindset with clear communication and meticulous attention to detail. You will help clients streamline operations by installing tools (ClickUp, Asana, Make.com), optimize their current technology, and provide accurate project reporting and analysis for clients.

This full-time, fully remote role requires a product mindset, proactive communication, and a data-driven approach.

Formación

• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail and organization.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience delivering high-quality client outcomes in a service environment.
• Comfort working with marketing agencies is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead clients through Elite Support processes via video calls and messages.
• Configure ClickUp workflows and optimize client setups.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for clients.
• Execute ClickUp installations for new clients.
• Collaborate with a world‑class team of project operations experts.
• Deliver a top-tier customer experience that rivals Disney and Chick‑fil‑A.
• Continuously refine delivery processes to improve efficiency.
