Job summary

Partner company in Switzerland is seeking an Offensive Security Engineer to join a hands-on team working at the frontier of cloud infrastructure and AI. You will simulate sophisticated attacks, uncover weaknesses, and help establish a scalable penetration testing program across GPU AI infra.

You will collaborate with blue teams, craft actionable remediation guidance, and drive red team processes as the platform grows, with emphasis on GPU security, model-serving infra, and multi-tenant cloud

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in offensive security, penetration testing, red teaming, or similar.
• Deep hands-on experience attacking cloud-native environments (Kubernetes, cloud IAM, virtualization).
• Strong understanding of attack lifecycle: initial access, persistence, lateral movement, exfiltration.

Responsibilities

• Validate and extend threat models with continuous penetration testing.
• Automate routine security validations while reserving manual analysis for complex cases.
• Plan and execute full-scope red team engagements across cloud compute, storage, networking, and orchestration.
