Job summary

Partner Company is seeking a .NET Developer in a remote-first setup in Switzerland. You will contribute to development, maintenance, and support of reliable software applications using C# and .NET technologies, including APIs and backend services.

You will diagnose issues, fix production incidents, and collaborate across DevOps, QA, and infrastructure teams to streamline deployments and improve performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and maintaining applications with C#/.NET.
• Strong knowledge of .NET, including ASP.NET Core.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Excellent debugging and issue-resolution skills.
• Production support experience and incident handling.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, build automation, and deployment workflows.
• Experience using Git and Azure DevOps or equivalent.
• Ability to analyze logs and improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
• Build and support web APIs, backend services, and web apps.
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve incidents.
• Monitor health, respond to incidents, and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and infrastructure teams for deployments.
• Support CI/CD practices and release management.
• Manage source control and deployments with Git/Azure DevOps.
• Document solutions, procedures, and deployment steps.
