Ethos is seeking experienced medical affairs directors from pharmaceutical or biotech companies to help train our latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated decks across scientific presentations, KOL slides, advisory board materials, and medical education content.

This remote role offers flexible hours (5-20 per week, or more if desired), ASAP start, and compensation of $100 per hour.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD) with 4+ years in medical affairs at a pharma or biotech company.
• Experience producing compliant scientific presentations for external and internal audiences.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Create AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Evaluate and refine AI-produced materials for scientific accuracy and clarity.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure compliance and quality of decks.
