ITech Consult AG in Chur seeks an experienced ICT System Specialist to support the operational management and modernization of a hybrid Microsoft identity environment. You will work on Entra ID, Active Directory, and connecting apps to modern auth methods, while remediating legacy systems and enforcing security practices.

Responsibilities include implementing tasks with PowerShell, documenting configurations, and collaborating to standardize identity architecture.

Qualifikationen

• Completed IT training and several years of experience in the Microsoft identity environment.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Experience in user and permissions management.
• Experience in connecting and integrating business applications with a Microsoft identity provider.
• Knowledge of modern authentication and authorization methods such as SSO, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Experience in identifying security risks, misconfigurations, and legacy systems.
• PowerShell skills for implementing operational and administrative tasks.
• Ability to systematically analyze, document, and continuously improve existing solutions.
• Structured, reliable, and service-oriented work style.
• Team spirit and strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Handling operational and engineering tasks for Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Analyzing, remediating, and sustainably reducing existing legacy technical systems in the identity environment.
• Contributing to the further development and modernization of central identity and authentication services.
• Connecting and integrating business applications with Microsoft Entra ID as an identity provider.
• Identifying security risks and misconfigurations, and supporting their resolution.
• Contributing to the further development and implementation of security standards and best practices.
• Standardizing and improving the identity architecture and associated operational processes.
• Using PowerShell for operational and administrative tasks.
• Documenting existing configurations, operational processes, and implemented solutions.
