Tapflow is seeking a Growth Strategist to help agency clients overcome internal chaos and grow their businesses. You’ll lead teams through our 3x4 process to define goals, design workflows, document processes, and train all stakeholders to keep systems updated.

You should excel at client relationship management, over-communication, and setting clear expectations. This role is fully remote, salary-based, and focused on scalable growth for diverse clients.

Aufgaben

• Lead clients through our Guided Project Management Implementation process.
• Engage with clients in our private member's community.
• Live inside ClickUp and configure workflows to help clients achieve goals.
• Run training sessions with stakeholders to ensure tool adoption.
• Own the project timeline and keep everyone on pace.
• Deliver a Disney and Chick-Fil-A level customer experience.
• Refine and improve delivery processes continuously.
