Job summary

Inventx is seeking an experienced Application Manager for Digital Banking to support Finnova modules and related systems. You will coordinate interfaces such as TWINT, eBill, and bLink, manage changes and incidents, and contribute to release management while collaborating with customers and suppliers.

This role offers flexible full- and part-time options with locations in Chur, The Circle/Zurich, St. Gallen, Bern or remote work.

Qualifications

• Solid Finnova knowledge and application management experience.
• Experience in digital banking with understanding of processes and technical implementation.
• Enthusiasm for coordination tasks with multiple stakeholders.
• Structured, analytical working approach with strong quality and service orientation.
• Basic SQL knowledge and ability to follow or create simple data queries.
• Very good German (min. B2); good English is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, operate and support the development of banks' digital channels focusing on Finnova modules.
• Coordinate interfaces such as TWINT, eBill, and bLink.
• Plan and implement change requests and incidents independently.
• Support release management (parameterization/testing/patch assessment).
• Collaborate closely with customers and suppliers.
• Participate in exciting projects and take the lead on larger changes.
