Job summary

Arrakis is seeking a Quantitative Analyst to advance on‑chain market making strategies and tooling. You will research DeFi innovations, develop POCs, and drive liquidity provisioning for leading web3 projects.

You will also analyze on‑chain trading activity and manage client relationships with the core development team. You will collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and business development to refine the best market making service for clients, staying ahead of blockchain tech and

Qualifications

At least 2 years professional experience in Trading, Quantitative Finance, Market Making (preferred).
Experience in Quantitative analysis and Data Science, preferably on-chain data/DeFi.
Web3 native using DeFi protocols daily/weekly.
Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, Python/Rust.
Bonus: Rust, Dune Analytics.
Strong communication and presentation skills; client relationship ability.
Some hands-on software development in a quantitative finance environment.

Responsibilities

Research emerging DeFi innovations and develop POCs for market making strategies and tooling.
Drive liquidity provisioning strategies and analyze on‑chain trading activity.
Own customer relationships and deliver tailored market‑making services.
Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists and business development to refine services.
Perform on‑chain analytics and create internal presentations to inform strategic decisions.
