Zusammenfassung

IV Office of the Canton of Bern in Biel seeks a Case Manager for Adult Integration (80-100%). You will take independent responsibility for advising and supporting the integration of adults—from registration to the completion of the integration process.

You will analyse the initial situation, involve relevant specialists and institutions in case management, coordinate integration measures, and plan collaboration with teachers, employers, institutions, coaches, medical specialists and authorities.

Qualifikationen

• Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology or related field.
• 3+ years in integration or advisory services, or 5+ years leadership in related fields.
• Good knowledge of the Swiss education system and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Strong coordination and networking, solution-oriented, independent and team-oriented.
• Empathetic, clear and convincing in advising/coaching.
• Fluent in German and French (spoken and written).

Aufgaben

• Provide independent case management for adult integration from registration to completion of the process.
• Analyze initial situations and involve relevant specialists and institutions to ensure information flow.
• Plan and allocate integration measures and use your scope for action.
• Coordinate collaboration with external partners such as teachers, employers, institutions, coaches, medical specialists and authorities.
• Inform, advise and support clients in a solution-oriented and empathetic manner to enable new professional prospects.
• Contribute to inter-institutional cooperation and help develop sustainable solutions.
