• Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, ad platforms, and reporting dashboards.
• Experience working across multiple markets or languages is a strong plus.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Resident in Ticino or willing to relocate.

Aufgaben

• Plan, launch, and manage online marketing campaigns across channels (e.g., paid search, paid social media, display).
• Optimize campaigns continuously based on performance data (CTR, CPA, ROI, conversions).
• Coordinate campaign execution in Switzerland in four languages (IT, DE, EN, FR).
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, analytics) and external partners/agencies.
• Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and campaign deliverables.
• Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven improvements.
• Ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and overall marketing strategy.
