Liebherr Machines Bulle SA in Bulle, Switzerland, seeks an experienced engineer to lead remanufacturing topics, coordinating between Ettlingen and Bulle. You will design and document remanufacturing components, ensuring alignment with product development, cost, quality, and schedule targets.

Requirements include engineering studies, combustion engine expertise (diesel preferred), and the ability to interpret simulation results (1D/CFD/FEA/NVH).

Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in combustion engine design is required.
• Strong technical expertise in diesel engines; gas/hydrogen a plus.
• Ability to interpret simulation results (1D/CFD/FEA/NVH).
• Autonomous, innovative and international mindset.
• Willingness to travel to Liebherr Ettlingen about once per month.

Aufgaben

• Act as the technical interface between Liebherr Ettlingen and Liebherr Machines Bulle to support coordination and knowledge exchange for remanufacturing topics.
• Ensure consistent integration of remanufacturing requirements in the product development process.
• Design, document, and maintain remanufacturing products and components including CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and PLM data.
• Collaborate with internal departments and suppliers for technical alignment and co-design.
• Establish and improve remanufacturing engineering processes through guidelines and knowledge management.
