Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Relationship Partner to support our Private Bank Clients, coordinating all service and maintenance activities and ensuring seamless, high-quality client experiences.

You will collaborate with client advisors, operations and technology teams to deliver exceptional service, handle inquiries, execute cash and liquidity transactions, and identify cross-sell opportunities to bankers and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, law, or related field; CFA/IMC a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients.
• Experience in financial services or banking with client-service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all client servicing and account maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with Advisors, Operations, Middle Office and Onboarding teams.
• Address and resolve Client and Advisor inquiries promptly.
• Execute client transactions relating to cash/liquid positions and actions.
• Monitor and manage client cash balances and positions.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to bankers and product partners.
• Drive digital adoption through client education and outreach.
• Lead completion of the client Periodic Review process.
• Investigate and resolve potential fraud, errors, and losses.
• Support business, team and Advisor projects.
