Zusammenfassung

C CERN is seeking a professional to manage regulatory authorisations and permitting for the FCC project, ensuring approvals in France and Switzerland within the required schedule.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, lead land acquisition strategies, and develop regulatory documentation while monitoring progress and coordinating with authorities. Fluency in French with willingness to learn English is expected. Onsite work in Geneva.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or equivalent relevant experience in Engineering, Law, Urban Planning, Spatial Planning (or Regional Planning) or related field.
• Significant experience managing regulatory authorisation and permitting processes for major infrastructure projects in France and/or Switzerland.
• Experience in cross-border projects or complex institutional environments would be an asset.
• Experience designing and implementing regulatory compliance frameworks with technical, legal and institutional teams.
• Experience as a project owner providing governance support, defining scope and coordinating stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Define and implement the FCC project's regulatory authorisation strategy for France and Switzerland.
• Coordinate cross-functional groups on regulatory matters and address issues requiring strategic decisions.
• Lead development of land acquisition and property strategy with stakeholders.
• Prepare regulatory documentation including permits, authorisations, exemptions and safety approvals.
• Monitor regulatory activities and report progress; contribute to project monitoring tools and dashboards.
