Job summary

Sandoz is seeking a Manager of Regulatory Affairs to lead the Basel relocation workstream, overseeing address-change activities for Swiss-market artworks and related regulatory updates. The role ensures compliant submissions, cross-functional alignment, and timely delivery across Rotkreuz and Basel sites.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in regulatory affairs, strong project leadership, and fluency in German and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical, life or pharmaceutical sciences with regulatory experience.
• 3+ years in pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs, including lifecycle changes.
• Fluent German and English; French and Italian are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Basel relocation address-change workstream and governance.
• Coordinate Swissmedic submissions and approvals for address changes.
• Align RA, QA, Supply and artwork teams to ensure timely delivery and traceability.
