Job summary

Sandoz is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist (d/f/m) for a 24-month temporary contract, based in Rotkreuz Basel relocation. You will own the address-change workstream, manage Swissmedic submissions where applicable, and coordinate with RA, QA, and artwork teams to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities include overseeing packaging text updates, system reconciliations, documentation archiving, and stakeholder communication to support the relocation and regulatory compliance across the

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in biomedical, life or pharmaceutical sciences, or equivalent with regulatory focus.
3+ years of pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs experience, including lifecycle changes and cross-functional projects.
Fluent German and English written and spoken; French/Italian desirable.

Responsibilities

Own the Basel relocation address-change workstream, align with RA and relocation program.
Lead regulatory submissions/Swissmedic activities for address changes where applicable.
Maintain updated regulatory records, packaging texts and artwork approvals.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (RA, QA, Supply, artwork) and monitor milestones.
Provide progress reports and ensure archiving of regulatory documents and evidence.
