We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to oversee HR activities across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Italy. Based in Zug, you will manage all regional HR operations, ensure compliance with local regulations, and support the company's people strategy. You will work closely with managers, strengthen workplace culture, and lead talent, performance, and development initiatives within an international environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead HR strategies and processes across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Italy

  • Run end-to‑end hiring processes and build strong talent pipelines
  • Support ongoing performance management and act as a trusted advisor to leaders
  • Design and coordinate learning and development programmes and track their effectiveness
  • Maintain HR metrics, reporting, and data accuracy
  • Manage compensation and benefits using market benchmarks
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and adapt global HR policies to country requirements
What You Bring
