Zusammenfassung

argenx is seeking an Associate Director Ethics & Compliance to strengthen our regional program across Europe, incl. Australia and Canada, supporting commercial and medical operations with strategic guidance and training.

You will lead cross-functional compliance projects, develop policies, and advise on interactions with healthcare professionals and patients, ensuring alignment with laws and company values.

Qualifikationen

• 4-7 years of regional biopharmaceutical industry experience in a relevant compliance function, with extensive experience within a commercial stage pharmaceutical or biotech company.
• Legal degree preferred, other relevant accreditations or degrees considered.
• Fluent in English; other language skills (Italian, Spanish, French or German) preferred.
• Regional Experience with launching new products and/or new indications, healthcare compliance systems, training employees and transparency are essential.
• Expertise in European corporate commercial healthcare law and regulation related to development and commercialization of pharmaceutical products.
• Regional Experience in specialty markets, particularly rare diseases, preferred.
• Expertise in the relevant industry codes and guidelines.
• Travel 25-30%.

Aufgaben

• Provide high quality and timely guidance in all areas of the business, customer facing activities, and country specific compliance issues.
• Lead and contribute to compliance projects, issues, and priorities across the Global Legal and Compliance function.
• Draft and implement policies, procedures and guidance in collaboration with senior colleagues to ensure compliance with laws and codes.
• Support adherence to transparency reporting requirements and reporting obligations.
• Conduct or assist in compliance investigations and other allegations of misconduct.
• Prepare and deliver Ethics & Compliance trainings for the organization, including field-based employees.
• Foster a strong ethical culture at argenx.
• Other duties as assigned.
