L’Oréal is seeking a Regional Activation Manager for Romandie to act as the key field representative, driving commercial activations and supporting the Beauty Advisor network to maximize brand visibility and in-store performance.

You will manage relationships with top points of sale, negotiate activations and merchandising, lead the Beauty Advisor team, recruit and train, and own direct regional accounts to optimize promotional plans and forecasts.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in field activations and retail execution is preferred.
• Ability to build constructive partnerships with retailers and internal teams.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Field Activation: manage relationships with top points of sale, negotiating in-store activations and merchandising to maximize visibility.
• Beauty Advisor Management: lead, coach, recruit, train, and assess the Beauty Advisor team.
• Direct Key Account Management (ca. 20%): own relationships with key regional clients, negotiate assortments, and support sales forecasts.
