Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Experience in trading support or electronic execution workflows is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of FIX protocol and order routing mechanics.
• Basic programming or scripting skills (Python, SQL, Java, Bash).
• Familiarity with electronic trading platforms: TradeSmart, MarketAxess, TSOX, Bloomberg EMSX/TOMS, TradeWeb.

Aufgaben

• Provide real-time support for order routing, execution issues, and trade flow across multiple desks (equity, fixed income, structured products, crypto, multi-asset).
• Troubleshoot EMS/OMS problems and integrate with platform tools (TradeSmart, MarketAxess, TSOX, Bloomberg EMSX/TOMS, TradeWeb).
• Analyse FIX messages, trace order paths, and identify root-cause issues.
• Collaborate with traders, technology teams, and external vendors to maintain stable trading connectivity.
• Support basic scripting or programming tasks to automate routing and analyze logs.
