Qualifikationen

• Two year degree or higher, 60 credits toward a degree, or obtain a passing score on the MN approved ParaPro test.
• One year experience working with children.
• Demonstrated knowledge of and the ability to read and provide scripted instructional matches to build reading skills.
• Enjoy tutoring the subject for which services are being provided.
• Be able to explain concepts to others effectively.
• Effectively communicate instructional matches to ensure academic success.
• Work comfortably with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Possess good organizational skills and complete paperwork in a timely manner.
• Exhibit patience and positive attitudes in establishing an encouraging learning environment.
