Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training as a Polymechaniker/in, machinist, or equivalent – EFZ or comparable.
• 3+ years of broad operational experience spanning AVOR, warehousing & logistics, or production floor operations.
• Hands-on attitude; willing to work on the floor as well as from a desk.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, drawings, machining, tolerances.
• Experience with ERP systems for inventory, production orders & logistics; able to maintain records.
• Organised and self-sufficient with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Experience in high-mix, low-volume or R&D-adjacent manufacturing is a plus.
• Fluent in English; French and/or German is a strong advantage.

Aufgaben

• Manage workshop stores and warehouse: receive goods, maintain stock levels, and ensure accurate ERP records.
• Coordinate site logistics: deliveries, shipments, supplier interactions, and material flow between internal teams and external partners.
• Plan AVOR manufacturing activities: review drawings, define operation sequences, prepare work instructions.
• Keep workshop organized: manage tool inventories, maintenance scheduling, and a clean, efficient environment.
• Support manufacturing on the floor: set up machines, prepare workpieces, assist technicians.
• Assess manufacturability of new parts; flag risks and support the transition to production.
• Maintain production and logistics data in ERP; support stock and lead-time reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and production to keep information flowing.
