In this hybrid role based in Regensdorf, Switzerland , you will report to the Head of PMO and be part of the global Research & Development organization.
You will lead hardware product development projects from concept through launch, partnering with Product Management, R&D, Operations, Commercial, Sales, customers, suppliers, and external development partners.
Lead global hardware product development projects from concept through launch, translating customer needs into innovative products and solutions
Drive project execution through Veralto’s Accelerated Product Development process, including planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and on-time delivery
Partner with Product Management, R&D, Operations, Commercial, Sales, customers, suppliers, and external development partners to align priorities and manage dependencies
Own key project metrics, including schedule, quality, performance, product cost, development cost, risk mitigation, and overall project success
Apply Veralto Enterprise System tools to strengthen execution, improve collaboration, and drive continuous improvement across the product development process
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field
3-5 years of experience leading cross-functional New Product Development projects in a technology-driven environment, with a track record of delivering products from concept through industrialization and launch
Strong understanding of multidisciplinary product development, including collaboration across hardware, software, mechanical, manufacturing, commercial, and customer-facing teams
Proven ability to lead, influence, and align global, multicultural, cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority
Strong project management expertise, including planning, requirements management, resource management, budgeting, execution, risk management, stakeholder communication, and governance
Fluent written and spoken German and English
PMP or equivalent project management certification
Experience with stage-gate development processes, Agile product development practices, or Lean methodologies
