Akkodis, part of The Adecco Group, is seeking an External Quality Manager to drive ISO 9001 readiness across all non-production functions and to support the Product Certification Manager in building our Quality Management System (QMS) and AEON certification. This is a hands-on role where you write the processes, run the audits and get things done yourself.

We are looking for a hands-on operator who can deliver results in a fast-moving startup/scaleup environment and collaborate closely with QA

Formación

• Hands-on quality management experience driving ISO 9001 from scratch to certification.
• Qualified internal or lead auditor (ISO 9001).
• Experience with product certification and CE conformity for complex products.
• Ability to deliver in a fast-moving startup/scaleup environment.

We are looking for an external Quality Manager to drive ISO 9001 readiness across all our non-production functions and to support our Product Certification Manager in building our Quality Management System (QMS) and getting AEON certified. Production quality is covered by a dedicated Quality Manager - you will work alongside them so we end up with one consistent QMS. This is a hands-on role: you write the processes, run the audits and get things done yourself.

Your Mission

• In close collaboration with Quality Assurance Engineer, drive ISO 9001 implementation across all non-production functions (e.g. R&D / Engineering, Product, Procurement, Sales & Service, HR, IT, Management): map processes and set up the required documentation
• Support our Product Certification Manager in building the QMS framework - quality manual, process landscape, document control, quality objectives, KPIs and management review
• Support the product certification of AEON: standards gap analyses, technical documentation, CE conformity, and coordination with test labs and certification bodies
• Plan and conduct internal audits, drive nonconformities to closure and prepare the organisation for the ISO 9001 certification audit
• Train process owners and hand over a working, maintainable system at the end of the engagement

Profile

Your Skillset

• Several years of hands-on quality management experience, with a proven track record of setting up an ISO 9001 QMS from scratch through to certification
• Qualified internal auditor or lead auditor (ISO 9001)
• Experience with product certification and CE conformity for complex products (electronics, hardware, software, mechanics); exposure to machinery, robotics or functional safety standards is a strong plus
• A hands-on operator who gets up to speed quickly and delivers results in a fast-moving startup / scaleup environment
