Job summary

CTC Resourcing Solutions is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate for a 1-year contract at our client’s Bern headquarters. The role focuses on ensuring GMP-compliant QA across aseptic manufacturing and microbiological labs, with emphasis on deviation handling and QMS collaboration.

Ideal candidates hold a Master or PhD in science, several years of QA experience in pharma, and fluency in German and English. Swiss/EU residency is required, and travel to Bern may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Degree in a scientific field (Master, PhD).
• Several years of QA experience within a pharmaceutical company and GMP environment.
• Experience with deviation management, change management, quality on the floor.
• Experience working with QMS.
• Native level of German and professional English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Support and consult in aseptic manufacturing and microbiological labs (no direct work).
• Review and ensure compliance with GMP requirements in production.
• Control, review, and documentation of work steps and processes in aseptic production.
• Participate in training and (re)qualification of aseptic production employees.
• Support deviations in aseptic filling and conduct initial assessments.
• Help define the investigation strategy and evaluate technical assessments.
• Assist operations in deviation investigations and CAPAs to prevent recurrence.
• Review investigation reports in German and English for compliance and risk.
• Assist in preparing deviations for internal and external inspections.
• Support reviewing specification documents.
