Cytiva in Signy, Switzerland, is seeking a QMS Documentation and Training Process Owner to lead the site’s document control and learning management systems. You will drive DBS-based improvements to ensure ISO compliance and operational excellence, coordinating end-to-end document life cycles and training programs. Fluency in French and English is required for this on-site role, with DBS-driven waste reduction and KPI tracking.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related technical discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within heavily regulated life sciences, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries.
• Demonstrated proficiency administering eQMS and eLMS.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).

Aufgaben

• Act as the strategic process owner for the site's Quality Document Management and Training systems, ensuring strict adherence to ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and internal corporate standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across document workflows and training processes using DBS principles to eliminate waste, reduce cycle times, and improve Right-First-Time metrics.
• Develop and execute a long-term strategic roadmap for the training system, leading the site's transition from passive compliance training to active, competency-based learning.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of controlled documents (creation, revision, routing, obsolescence) within the eQMS.
• Establish and monitor KPIs via daily visual management to track document backlogs and site-wide training completion rates.
