Zusammenfassung

SKAN in Basel-Landschaft is seeking a microbiology-focused quality control professional to join our laboratory. You will perform microbiological quality controls, manage raw materials, work with BSL-1 cultures, and document results in line with ISO and GMP guidelines.

A laboratory degree in microbiology or a related field is required, with quality control experience being a big plus. Proficiency in English is essential; German language skills are advantageous.

• Completed laboratory degree/education in microbiology, biology or medical bioanalysis, preferably with experience in the field of microbiology.
• Work experience in the field of quality control is a big plus
• Basic knowledge of GMP and ISO 9001 is a plus, but not mandatory
• Very good knowledge of English is required
• Good knowledge of German is a big plus

Overview

The SKAN laboratory specializes in the production and testing of bioindicators and is an important partner for questions relating to microbiological qualification procedures. As part of the quality control team, you and your team colleagues will be responsible for the quality control of our bioindicators and laboratory environment. A background in microbiology is essential for this position and will help you to feel comfortable in your new role. Experience in the GMP field would be ideal.
