Job summary

Swisslinx AG in Bern is seeking two GMP Compliance Specialists to support deviation management, change control, documentation and risk assessments within a GMP-regulated environment.

The roles start on 1 December 2026, run for about seven months, with a workload of 100% (41 hours per week) and possible remote work. Two positions available; ideal candidates have a life sciences degree or relevant GMP experience and strong English (C2).

Qualifications

• Investigate deviations and prepare deviation reports.
• Create and coordinate change requests, ensuring timely follow-up of required actions.
• Create and update SOPs, procedures and work instructions.
• Conduct risk assessments, including FMEA.

Responsibilities

For our client, an international company in the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for two GMP Compliance Specialists to support deviation management, change control, documentation and risk assessments within a GMP-regulated environment

About the customer:

• Location: Bern, Switzerland
• Start Date: 1 December 2026
• Duration: Approx. 7 months
• Workload: 100% (41 hours per week)

Requirements:

• Investigate deviations and prepare deviation reports.
• Create and coordinate change requests, ensuring timely follow-up of required actions.
• Create and update SOPs, procedures and work instructions.
• Conduct risk assessments, including FMEA.

Competences:

• Degree in Life Sciences (e.g. Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology) or several years of relevant professional experience.
• Initial experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical or food industry within a GMP environment.
• Experience in at least one of the following areas: deviation management, change control, SOP documentation or risk assessments.
• Independent working style, quick learner and ability to adapt to new topics.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to actively engage stakeholders.
• at C2 level or equivalent (mandatory) and good written and spoken English.
