Adryan is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist – Quality Systems to join our global life sciences services group. The role focuses on maintaining compliance records, supporting QMS implementations, and coordinating cross-functional quality activities at the site level.

Ideal candidates hold a Natural Sciences degree with 3–5 years in a GMP-regulated environment, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of relevant GMP experience, preferably in QA/Quality Systems.

Quality Assurance Specialist – Quality Systems

Adryan is an internationally operating services group. From our offices in The Netherlands and Switzerland, we offer a full range of services for the life sciences industry. We are specialised in the areas of project management, engineering, CQV and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain accurate and timely records of compliance activities and documentation, including trending of key quality indicators such as non-conformities, CAPAs, change controls, and training status.


• Support the implementation of corporate quality documents and procedures at the local site level.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and harmonization of Quality Management System (QMS) processes across the site.


• Identify and manage quality-related projects in support of continuous improvement and site-specific QMS needs.


• Actively participate in internal and external audits and inspections, including preparation, hosting, and tracking of follow-up actions.


• Perform additional quality assurance duties as assigned in support of department objectives.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Natural Sciences or a related discipline.


• 3–5 years of relevant work experience in a GMP-regulated environment, preferably within a Quality Assurance or Quality Systems role.


• Solid understanding of GMP principles and pharmaceutical quality systems.


• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.


• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders.


• Very good command of English (spoken and written); German is an advantage.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
