Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Schaffhausen is seeking a QA Specialist in QA Parenteral Products for the AME project in sterile drug production. Hybrid work with 3 days on-site and 2 days from home; German and English fluency required.

You will assess and approve master data, manufacturing instructions, and process adjustments, support QA workflow, and collaborate with Local Quality Owners, production, and the AME team to ensure GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• Background in QA within pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
• Aseptic manufacturing and GMP experience.
• Fluency in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality support for the AME project in sterile drug production.
• Assess and approve quality-relevant master data, manufacturing instructions, and process adjustments.
• Optimize workflows within the assessment and approval of master data, manufacturing instructions, and process adjustments through project work.
• Provide general administrative support for the QA Workstream Lead.
• Collaborate with Local Quality Owners, production, AME team, and LCM.
