Jobbeschreibung

Elevate Development AG is a new subsidiary of the Crowdhouse Group and realises its own development projects from its location in Pfäffikon SZ. New company, but not a new culture! Just like at Crowdhouse, we at Elevate Development AG are naturally rebellious and do not shy away from questioning the status quo. After pioneering the co-ownership model, we are now entering the general contractor/specialist contractor sector with the development and implementation of demanding and architecturally high-quality projects.

Join a young, dynamic and ambitious team that is eager and wants to offer real added value to the construction industry. And no, we are not a stuffy development company - a fun working environment is just as much part of our DNA as our pursuit of success.

Become part of our success story! We look forward to your application.

Your working environment

You don’t just want to design architecture, but ensure that an idea becomes a high-quality realised building?

At ELEVATE, we develop and realise demanding residential properties - from the energetic renovation and modernisation of existing properties to new build projects.

To strengthen our architecture team, we are looking for an experienced individual who is particularly at home in execution and detailed planning and brings their technical and constructive experience directly into our projects.

Your role

• Development and further development of execution, detail and working drawings

• Planning and technical elaboration of our projects with a focus on the realisation phase

• Development of structurally, aesthetically and economically convincing detailed solutions

• Coordination and integration of plans from specialist planners and other project participants

• Review and coordination of technical interfaces between architecture, specialist planning and execution

• Close collaboration with our overall project managers, site managers and the internal architecture team

• Support with tenders as well as assessment of technical solutions and contractor offers

• Accompanying projects during execution and resolving planning issues on site

• Ensuring our quality and design standards through to implementation

Your qualifications

• Completed studies in architecture ETH/FH or comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in Switzerland with a clear focus on execution planning and realisation

• Proven experience in handling projects in the relevant SIA phases of tendering and execution

• Very good constructive understanding and pronounced detail competence

• Sound knowledge of Swiss building regulations, standards and planning standards

• Confident handling of ArchiCAD

• Experience in residential construction as well as in conversion, renovation or existing projects is an advantage

• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style

• You think beyond your own planning area and seek pragmatic solutions that also work on site

Your benefits

• Demanding, versatile projects with high personal responsibility

• Dynamic, innovation-friendly environment with flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths

• Attractive remuneration and benefits packages that reward performance and commitment

• Clear development prospects (towards overall project management, client representation or management)

• Promotion of further education and professional qualifications

• Modern work equipment and technology-oriented processes
