Job summary

CAESAR TECHNIK AG in Düdingen is seeking an initiative, dynamic Project Manager Technical Room Climate (80–100%). You will independently manage customized cooling/heating ceiling projects, prepare offers and 2D AutoCAD plans, monitor costs and schedules, and supervise on-site assembly.

German language skills are essential; French is an advantage. The role offers flexible hours, company car, and development opportunities within a family-owned Swiss company with 20+ years in the field.

Qualifications

• Technical understanding and interest in physical relationships; ability to relate to engineering principles.
• Experience in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), sanitation, ceiling construction, or engineering/architecture is an advantage.
• Experience in project management or motivation to learn it.
• Very good German skills; French skills are an advantage.
• Proficient use of MS Office and AutoCAD (2D) is an advantage.
• Solution-oriented thinking and team collaboration.
