A global kitchen solutions leader is seeking a Project Manager Integration & Processes to facilitate the post-merger integration of WESCO AG and berbel Ablufttechnik GmbH into Franke Home Solutions. This role demands a Master's degree in Business Administration or Economics, along with 2-4 years of relevant experience in project management. Key responsibilities include aligning processes, identifying synergies, and managing stakeholder communications, with a focus on driving strategic initiatives across German-speaking markets.

As the Project Manager Integration & Processes you will directly report to the Managing Director WESCO & berbel and support the post-merger integration process of the two acquired legal entities into Franke Home Solutions DACH. The main focus will be on aligning processes, identifying synergies and supporting the various functions with their integration challenges. In addition, you will contribute to ambition planning and key projects across the German‑speaking markets (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).
