Qualifications

• At least 5-10 years of experience in Compliance roles in the Wealth and Asset Management industry, in leading banks or consultancies.
• Deep expertise in key risks/processes (e.g. Compliance Transformation, Compliance TOM, AML, Transaction Monitoring, On-boarding and periodic reviews, Financial Crime, RegTech).
• Ability to lead and steer complex transformation/regulatory/strategic projects in eCompliance, across lines of defense.
• Passionate about the industry, and able to connect the dots between business and technology.

Responsabilités

• Engaging with key Swiss clients to deliver complex transformation plans in the Compliance domain.
• Leading multi-jurisdiction, multi-dimensional projects in Wealth and Asset Management and Compliance.
• Contributing to Capco's marketing efforts in Compliance (thought leadership, events, articles, RFPs).
• Being part of Capco's journey to become the leading consultancy in the Swiss Wealth and Asset Management industry.

YOUR CAPCO-FIT

• At least 5-10 years of experience in Compliance roles in the Wealth and Asset Management industry, in leading banks or consultancies.
• Deep expertise in some key risks / processes (e.g. Compliance Transformation, Compliance TOM, AML, Transaction Monitoring, On-boarding and periodic reviews, Financial Crime, RegTech, etc.).
• Ability to lead and steer complex transformation/regulatory/strategic projects in eCompliance, and across lines of defense.
• Passionate for the industry, and able to connect the dots between business and technology.
• Commercial flair and ability to deal with client relationships at senior executive level.
• Collaborative, proactive, bold and outspoken.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German coupled with presentation skills.
