Rau AG in Bülach is a successful Swiss family business specialising in the series production of sophisticated precision parts as well as the assembly of modules and devices. With state-of-the-art CNC systems, short decision-making paths, and a motivated team, we continuously develop further.

We are looking for a CNC Programmer / Setter Milling (100%). You will program and set up modern 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC milling centres, determine machining strategies, select tools, and release programmes

Qualifikationen

• Training as a polymechanic with EFZ or comparable technical training.
• Experience in programming and setting up CNC milling machines.
• CAD/CAM knowledge is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Programming and setting up 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC milling centres.
• Determine optimal machining strategy.
• Select and prepare tools for milling operations.
• Run in, optimise and release programmes for process-secure production.
• Conduct independent quality control of finished parts.
• Analyse and rectify manufacturing deviations.
• Document and maintain CNC programmes.
• Contribute to CIP and continuous improvements.
• Maintain production equipment.

With us, you take on responsibility and accompany the entire manufacturing process.

• Programming and setting up our modern 3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC milling centres
• Determining the optimal machining strategy
• Selecting and preparing the tools
• Running in, optimising and releasing the programmes for process-secure series production
• Independent quality control of the manufactured workpieces
• Analysing and rectifying manufacturing deviations
• Documenting and maintaining the CNC programmes
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes (CIP)
• Maintenance and care of the production equipment

What you bring with you

• Training as a polymechanic with a federal certificate of competence (Eidgenössisches Fähigkeitszeugnis, EFZ) or comparable technical training
• Experience in programming and setting up CNC milling machines
• CAD/CAM knowledge is an advantage
