Zusammenfassung

International Trade Centre (ITC) in Geneva seeks an Associate Programme Officer (Organizational Excellence and Ecosystems) within DECI/IE, P2. You will manage development, implementation and evaluation of programmes, supporting BSOs and ecosystems in developing economies.

Strong collaboration with clients, workshops, and knowledge sharing are key. Advanced degree required with 2+ years of relevant experience; English mandatory, French/Spanish beneficial.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced university degree in business administration, management, economics or related field.
• Two years (four with a first-level degree) of relevant experience in project/programme management, administration or related area.
• Experience advising public and private sector economic actors in a diverse global context is desirable.
• Experience with Business Support Organizations and ecosystems is desirable.
• Experience incorporating gender perspectives into the work of Business Support Organizations is desirable.
• Languages: English and French are working languages; English required; French or Spanish required.

Aufgaben

• Works with key clients to facilitate development, implementation and evaluation of assigned programmes/projects; monitors and analyzes aspects of programme development and implementation; reviews documents and reports; identifies problems and issues and recommends actions.
• Assists in performing consulting assignments, planning and facilitating workshops, and developing action plans with the client.
• Contributes to preparation of background papers, analytical notes, sections of reports and publications.
• Provides administrative and substantive support to meetings, conferences, and related events, including agenda topics, participants, background documents, and logistics.
• Undertakes outreach activities; participates in training workshops and presentations on assigned topics.
