Conficio Recruitment Limited seeks an experienced Citrix engineer to keep a scalable VDI platform stable and evolving in a hybrid environment in Baden. You will investigate complex incidents, automate recurring tasks with PowerShell, and contribute to modern virtual workplace solutions across on-premises and cloud setups.

Qualifications

• Practical experience with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, ideally in operations or engineering.
• Curiosity for complex technical problems and a structured approach to solving them.
• Interest in automation; PowerShell experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with MCS, PVS, FAS, Azure, or AVD is welcome—but not mandatory.
• A high standard for stable, sustainable solutions.
• Very good German and good English.
