Fischer Söhne AG in Switzerland is seeking an AVOR / Production Planning Specialist for a 100% role. You will plan and control a multi-shift production, release orders, and manage capacity and resources while coordinating change management and root cause analyses. Strong MS Office and ERP skills, especially Dynamics NAV, are essential.

You will collaborate across functions, contribute to process optimization, and drive training and documentation to ensure smooth daily shopfloor operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning and scheduling (AVOR/PPS) desirable.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems (ideally Dynamics NAV).
• Structured, solution-oriented working style and strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan and control a multi-shift production operation.
• Create, release, post and follow up production orders.
• Manage capacity and resource planning.
• Prepare cost calculations and post-calculations (production controlling).
• Coordinate and own change management processes.
• Continuously analyse and optimise processes.
• Create work plans, work instructions and process documentation.
• Support root cause analyses and troubleshooting.
• Prepare training materials and deliver employee training.
• Collaborate with upstream/downstream functions and maintain master data.
• Participate in daily shopfloor management activities.
