Jobtailor is seeking a dedicated Production Planner to plan, schedule and optimize production orders in coordination with procurement and supply chain teams. You will monitor material availability, manage SAP/APO data, and collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and smooth operations.

The role emphasizes KPI-driven planning, process understanding, and participation in improvement projects within a Swiss production environment.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial or technical training.
• Professional experience in production planning, materials planning, or operational procurement is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of SAP or experience with comparable ERP systems.
• Good understanding of production processes and material flows.

Aufgaben

• Plan, schedule, and fine-tune production orders, considering capacities, changeover times, and campaigns.
• Handle planning and operational procurement of direct materials, including order processing and delivery-date monitoring.
• Monitor material availability, inventory levels, and production progress, escalating shortages when necessary.
• Maintain production orders, master data, and planning data in SAP and APO.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders in Production, Planning, Procurement, and Customer Service.
• Determine relevant KPIs.
• Participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
