Flex Precision Plastic Solutions (Switzerland) AG in Hägglingen, Aargau, seeks a Production Manager to lead approximately 50 employees in a 3- and 4-shift operation. You will report to the Head of Operations and drive Lean practices, continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration with Planning, Quality, Automation and Toolshop.
The role requires a technical background in plastics/injection molding, several years of leadership, and fluent German and English.
Qualifications
- Technical background in plastics, injection molding and/or automation.
- Several years of industrial leadership experience in precision manufacturing.
- Very good German and English skills.
Responsabilités
- Lead and develop a “best in the industry” team with a focus on Lean Management and shop floor discipline.
- Coordinate closely with Planning, Quality, Automation and the Toolshop.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, RBA, FDA Registered.
- Take responsibility for budget and resource planning within Operations.
