You will create and maintain detailed daily production schedules and medium-term plans for clinical and commercial programs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure resources and timelines are met, support facility readiness, maintenance projects, and changeovers, and drive issue resolution.

Qualifikationen

• Educational background in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field required (Associate's degree is minimum).
• Experience in GMP-regulated biopharma manufacturing is essential, with strong planning and scheduling skills.

This role involves creating and maintaining detailed daily production schedules and medium-term production plans for clinical and commercial programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure resource requirements are met, constraints are addressed, and project timelines are achieved. This position also supports facility readiness, maintenance projects, and changeover activities.

Key Skills and Requirements

• Educational background in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Experience in a GMP-regulated industry, with a strong understanding of protein biologics manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in planning and scheduling within a GMP manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively share updates and resolve process issues.
• Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions.
• Skilled in influencing without authority and fostering collaborative relationships across teams.
• Familiarity with enterprise applications such as Infor or Oracle.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (including macros).
