Julius Baer seeks an experienced Product Owner to lead the Position Management and Portfolio Analysis platform (Temenos Triple A). You will define the global product strategy, target architecture, and delivery roadmap in collaboration with business units and IT leadership across international stakeholders.

You will drive backlog refinement, SAFe delivery, and cross-functional coordination, serving as the primary contact between business and technology. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Finance or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of product ownership/management experience in wealth or asset management.
• Strong understanding of portfolio accounting concepts and analytics.

• Own end-to-end Position Management and Portfolio Analysis platform across the SAFe ART.
• Define a clear product vision, target state, and multi-year roadmap.
• Prioritize and deliver high-value capabilities with architecture and engineering teams.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release coordination in SAFe.
• Act as primary liaison between business and technology across geographies.
• Champion DevOps, resilience, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Gate UAT to ensure functional, performance, compliance and usability requirements.
