• You develop a product roadmap and are responsible for its implementation.
• You translate the functions of the product roadmap into clearly defined product requirements, including functions, user stories and acceptance test criteria.
• You prioritize and maintain sprint backlogs for assigned products, taking into account stakeholder requirements.
• You turn data insights into products with actionable results for the end customer.
• You work in an agile environment and continuously review business requirements, adjust priorities, set milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.
• You work with stakeholders and customers across the company to determine product vision, strategy, features and prioritization.
• You develop and maintain appropriate post-launch product performance tracking and reporting to evaluate future investments.

your profile

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in business informatics or business administration.
• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• You have solid experience in implementing software or services in collaboration with engineering teams. You also have in-depth knowledge of prototyping, iterative development and an agile mindset.
• You know how to deal with requirements and specifications.
• You have experience with Hybris or other e-commerce systems and are proficient in using MS Office programmes.
• Customer centricity is a priority for you and you are passionate about e-commerce.
• You are extremely creative in your thinking and love developing solutions.
• You have excellent analytical skills and are well versed in project management.
• You like to take on responsibility, are proactive, independent and can easily manage several tasks at the same time.
• You are an excellent communicator and have the ability to engage, influence and inspire partners and stakeholders to promote collaboration and coordination.
• Fluency in English and German is a must. French is a plus.
