Zusammenfassung

CLEEVEN is expanding its IT team with a Product Owner to support our partners' digital projects in Basel. You will define and prioritize the product backlog, write user stories, and collaborate with developers, architects and QA in an Agile environment.

You will lead sprint planning, reviews and backlog refinement, acting as the main contact between stakeholders and the development team. Strong experience in IT projects and Agile methodologies is required.

Qualifikationen

• Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business needs.
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with development teams, architects and QA in an Agile environment.
• Lead sprint planning, reviews and backlog refinement sessions.
• Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the development team.
• Track KPIs and ensure continuous product improvement.
• Strong experience as Product Owner or Business Analyst in IT projects.
• Good knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with API/REST integrations and technical constraints.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
