Swiss Software Company is seeking a Product Owner to join a seasoned Scrum team. You will own requirements, translate customer needs into user stories and drive successful delivery within budget, quality and time expectations.

You will also manage project activities, communicate with stakeholders and present new features to customers. The role requires 3–5 years in Business Analysis or Requirements Engineering, experience as a Scrum Product Owner, and a strong background in Agile software

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years' experience in Business Analysis and/or Requirements Engineering.
• Previous experience as a Scrum Product Owner.
• Strong experience in Agile software development environments.
• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or related field.
• Further training in Requirements Engineering.
• Experience managing software projects, budgets and risks.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach.

As a Product Owner, you will work as part of an experienced Scrum team, acting as the key link between customers and Software Developers. You will take ownership of requirements, translate customer needs into user stories and help ensure projects are delivered successfully within budget, quality and time expectations. You'll also take responsibility for project management activities, stakeholder communication and presenting new features directly to customers.
