Zusammenfassung

Everon AG, a Swiss fintech in Zürich, seeks a Product Manager to drive the platform forward. You’ll work with business, marketing, sales, client support and the technical team, reporting to the CTO, covering all platform functionalities.

In Zürich four days a week in the office with occasional travel, you’ll own the product direction, write specs, run acceptance testing, and step into support when needed.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• 6+ years in wealth management or related finance field.
• Knowledge of wealth management tools and processes: mandate management, model portfolios and strategies, rebalancing, order management, compliance, performance reporting.
• Solid PMS/OEMS systems knowledge focused on wealth management.
• Experience with wireframing/prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch) and issue tracking (Jira).
• Fluency in English and German; legal right to work in Switzerland.

Everon is a growth-stage Swiss fintech in wealth management. Our flagship product is a platform for financial intermediaries and their firms, combining client management and engagement, portfolio oversight and management, performance and tax reporting, and investment planning — including the apps their end-clients use.

We're looking for a Product Manager to join the team and drive the platform forward. As a core member of the product development team, you'll work directly with the business team (management, marketing, sales, client support) and with the technical team, reporting to the CTO. The role covers all functionalities of the platform.

Location: Zürich, four days per week in the office, with occasional business travel.

What you'll be doing:

• Driving the long-term product strategy
• Building and maintaining the platform roadmap
• Running discovery directly with clients and prospects
• Running competitive analysis against incumbents and newer players
• Managing internal and external stakeholders
• Designing and modelling new features with the team
• Working with the tech team through implementation to keep development on track
• Driving integrations with surrounding systems (PMS/OEMS, CRMs, custodians)

Everon is still a young company and everyone, founders and C-level included, is hands-on. Alongside owning product direction, expect to write specs, run acceptance testing, and step into support when needed.

Required:

• 4+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager
• 6+ years in the wealth management industry or a related field of finance
• Knowledge of wealth management tools and processes: mandate management, model portfolios and strategies, rebalancing, order management, compliance, performance reporting
• Solid PMS/OEMS systems knowledge focused on wealth management
• Product management processes, wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch), issue tracking (Jira or equivalent), usage analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel or equivalent)
• Fluency in English and German
• Legal right to work in Switzerland

Also valued: senior-level software development experience; PO/PM/developer experience on end-user applications; experience with external asset managers (EAMs); experience with FINMA or other regulatory bodies; digital identification and KYC/AML processes; fluency in French or Italian.
