  Where you come in

  The technical core platform is built and proven. What it needs now is someone to take it from a working product to a scaling business: a dedicated app, its own go-to-market and marketing engine separate from Woolsocks, and a clear path to growth.

  That is the job. The vision and strategy are already set by our founder, who you will work with closely and report to. Your mandate is to execute them brilliantly: to translate a clear direction into a shipped, growing product, and to drive it end-to-end.

  This is an AI-native role. We believe a small, senior team that builds and automates aggressively with AI will outrun a large one, and we intend to prove it. You will be expected to use AI as a force multiplier across everything you touch, from research, prototyping and copy to operations, analysis and support, so the team stays lean even as the product scales.   • Product development. You combine Product Discovery and Product Delivery day-to-day, driving complex and ambitious deliveries end-to-end alongside data analysts, developers and UX designers.
