Roche in Basel invites motivated students to join the Process Validation team for a 12-month internship starting early 2027. You will contribute to validation strategies, support technology transfers, and manage end-to-end validation deliverables in a GMP environment.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (or recently graduated) in biotechnology, bioprocess, or related fields, with strong English skills and a collaborative spirit. German language skills are a plus.

Formación

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program or completed within 12 months prior to start date.
• Degree in Biotechnology, Bioprocess engineering, bio/chemical engineering, Pharmacy, or Biology preferred.
• Experience in a regulated GMP environment is a core foundation.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to process validation strategies, execution, and projects to drive manufacturing success.
• Support technology transfers to transition processes from development to commercial-scale manufacturing.
• Manage end-to-end validation deliverables, including planning, training, sample coordination, data interpretation, and reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional troubleshooting with pilot labs, production, and quality.
• Process deviations and changes in full GMP compliance.
• Engage in optimization projects to improve efficiency and process robustness.
