To complement our team, we are looking for a customer‑ and team‑oriented individual for our division Plasma Control Technologies at the Flamatt site as a Process Engineer Industrialization 80-100%.

We develop and produce innovative high‑tech components and systems based on X‑ray and radio‑frequency technology. Our developments make an important contribution to safer, more efficient and more sustainable production, mobility and communication.

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

What You Will Do

• Lead end‑to‑end industrialization projects for vacuum capacitors, from prototype validation through to stable, high‑volume production
• Evolve and optimize manufacturing processes with a strong focus on process robustness, quality, cost efficiency, and technical feasibility
• Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including work instructions, routing plans, and production records
• Design manufacturing aids and production tooling and manage them throughout their entire lifecycle
• Drive continuous process improvements based on LEAN principles and evaluate emerging technologies for their operational and economic impact

What You Bring

• At least 5 years of industry experience, ideally in sequential assembly or serial production environments
• Deep process know‑how in brazing, vacuum technology, polishing, and forming operations
• Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks), SAP, and standard office tools; experience with PowerBI, Python, or 42Q is a plus
• Analytical and structured working style with a strong problem‑solving mindset; Six Sigma exposure is advantageous
• A solid mix of genuine fun and persistence when bringing high‑quality technical products to life
• Excellent German and English skills and a collaborative mindset in an interdisciplinary environment
